If you're planning on attending New York Comic Con in 2025, check your email today. You may have received an email from ReedPop telling you to update and confirm your Fan Verification information. Do not ignore this email! If your Fan Verified profile hasn't been confirmed in the last two years, it will be deleted from the system. If that happens, you won't be able to participate to NYCC ticket presales this year.
Once you open the NYCC Fan Verification email, scroll down to the blue link that says "[Confirm or update your info here]". You'll be taken to the Showclix platform. Log in, confirm or update your info, and you're all set!
